2022年中央一號文件2月22日正式發布，提出全面推進鄉村振興重點工作。文件指出，從容應對百年變局和世紀疫情，推動經濟社會平穩健康發展，必須確保農業穩產增產、農民穩步增收、農村穩定安寧。

　　China unveiled its "No. 1 central document" for 2022 on Feb. 22, outlining key tasks to comprehensively push forward rural vitalization this year. The document called for efforts to stabilize and increase agricultural production, steadily raise farmers' incomes, and ensure stability in China's rural areas to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic and other changes unseen in a century and promote sound economic and social development.

　　《中共中央 國務院關于做好2022年全面推進鄉村振興重點工作的意見》是新世紀以來中央連續出臺的第19個指導“三農”工作的一號文件，充分體現了黨中央、國務院馳而不息重農強農的堅強堅定決心，為廣大農民群眾送來了政策春風和民生禮包。文件包括8個部分35條，主要內容可以概括為“兩條底線、三項重點、一個加強”。

　　“兩條底線”就是牢牢守住保障國家糧食安全和不發生規模性返貧兩條底線。強調全力抓好糧食生產和重要農產品供給，嚴守18億畝耕地紅線，確保糧食播種面積穩定、產量保持在1.3萬億斤以上；完善落實監測幫扶機制，推動脫貧地區更多依靠發展來鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅成果，確保不發生規模性返貧。

　　“三項重點”就是扎實有序推進鄉村發展、鄉村建設、鄉村治理。鄉村發展方面，重點推進農村一二三產業融合發展，促進農民就地就近就業增收。鄉村建設方面，重點加強普惠性、基礎性、兜底性民生建設，健全實施機制。鄉村治理方面，重點加強農村基層組織建設，創新農村精神文明建設有效平臺載體，維護農村社會平安穩定。

　　“一個加強”就是堅持和加強黨對“三農”工作的全面領導。強調壓實全面推進鄉村振興責任，加大政策保障和體制機制創新力度。
