3月26日，一輛國(guó)際貨運(yùn)班列從重慶果園港發(fā)車，駛往越南河內(nèi)。這是陸海新通道中越首趟國(guó)際跨境貨運(yùn)班列，預(yù)計(jì)將進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國(guó)西部地區(qū)與東南亞國(guó)家之間的貿(mào)易往來。

　　A freight train left Guoyuan Port in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Saturday for Vietnam's capital Hanoi, marking the launch of a new freight train route between China and Vietnam. The route, a part of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, is expected to further facilitate trade between western China and Southeast Asia.

　　國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道，以人流、物流、資金流、信息流高效聯(lián)通為著力點(diǎn)，旨在推動(dòng)中國(guó)與東盟區(qū)域一體化發(fā)展。國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道的前身中新互聯(lián)互通南向通道，是中國(guó)與新加坡政府于2015年11月簽訂的中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目。2018年11月，中新兩國(guó)簽署《關(guān)于中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目“國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道”建設(shè)合作的諒解備忘錄》，“南向通道”正式更名為“國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道”，成為中國(guó)西部地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)與東盟及其他國(guó)家區(qū)域聯(lián)動(dòng)和國(guó)際合作、有機(jī)銜接“一帶一路”的復(fù)合型對(duì)外開放通道。

　　國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道自常態(tài)化開行以來，取得豐碩成果。2021年，國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道累計(jì)開行國(guó)際鐵海聯(lián)運(yùn)班列1493列，同比增長(zhǎng)77%，貨值15.3億美元、增長(zhǎng)79%；跨境公路班車2599車次，同比增長(zhǎng)37%，貨值2.5億美元、增長(zhǎng)66%；國(guó)際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)班列運(yùn)輸集裝箱1064箱，為中國(guó)西部地區(qū)以及新加坡等東盟國(guó)家提供了便捷的物流通道，帶動(dòng)了沿線貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng)，促進(jìn)了中國(guó)與東盟以及中亞國(guó)家間的投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)合作。

　　我們要拓展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)等新領(lǐng)域合作，共建經(jīng)貿(mào)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展示范園區(qū)。中國(guó)擁有巨大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，將始終向東盟國(guó)家開放，愿進(jìn)口更多東盟國(guó)家優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，包括在未來5年力爭(zhēng)從東盟進(jìn)口1500億美元農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。要高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，同東盟提出的印太展望開展合作。中方愿進(jìn)一步打造“一帶一路”國(guó)際產(chǎn)能合作高質(zhì)量發(fā)展示范區(qū)，歡迎東盟國(guó)家參與共建國(guó)際陸海貿(mào)易新通道。

　　We need to expand cooperation in new areas like digital and green economy and build joint demonstration zones for economic innovative development. China has a vast domestic market that will always be open to ASEAN countries. China is ready to import more quality products from ASEAN countries, including buying up to US$150 billion worth of agricultural products from ASEAN in the next five years. We seek high-quality Belt and Road cooperation with ASEAN and cooperation between the Belt and Road Initiative and the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific. China will continue to develop demonstration zones for high-quality Belt and Road international industrial capacity cooperation, and welcomes ASEAN countries’ participation in the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
